Drummer Warranty

Warranty Overview

This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the Drummer E-Bicycle and is not transferable. Additionally, the warranty for commercial or rental use bike will be determined in individual agreements.

Terms

Drummer E-Bikes warrants this product, including all components against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Drummer E-Bikes Frame Warranty

Drummer bicycles frames are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for ten years.

Drummer Limited Components Warranty

Drummer bicycle’s components including pedals, spokes, forks, crank set, wheel hub, handlebar, cassette, stem, saddle, cables, seat post, throttle, kickstand, reflector, headset, controller, seat post, bottom bracket, hardware, rims, brakes, shifter, wiring harness, chain, freewheel and derailleur are warranted to be free from manufacture defects from workmanship and/or materials for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase depending on model. After any warranty period has elapsed, you may purchase spare & replacement parts by contacting us. The warranty does not include damage from improper charger use, improper maintenance, power surges, water damage, normal wear or other such misuse.

Limited Battery Warranty

Our lead acid batteries are warranted to be free from manufacture defects from workmanship and/or materials for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase. Our lithium batteries are warranted to be free from manufacture defects from workmanship and/or materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from improper charger, improper maintenance, power surges, water damage, normal wear or other such misuse.

30 Days Full Replacement Warranty

If within the initial 30 days of purchase, Drummer E-Bikes at their sole option and expense will repair or replace any defective Drummer bicycle upon determining whether the damage, failure or loss is due to a major defect. Drummer or your Drummer dealer will have exclusive discretion to determine whether the damage, failure or loss is due to a major defect or otherwise. The original purchaser must make warranty claims by contacting Drummer Customer Service at 754-208-2756 or support@drummerbikes.com within the first 30-day warranty period. After the 30 days, the registered owner is responsible all for shipping costs and labor for warranty parts for replacements or repair.

Limitations

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use. This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, accident, neglect, abuse, alterations, improper assembly, modification, water damage, stunt riding or improper follow-up maintenance.

All warranties are void if the Bicycle is used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use of the Bicycle.

Procedures

Contact your Drummer E-Bikes (support@drummerbikes.com) or Drummer E-bikes dealer about the issue before removing any part from the bike. If your e-bike is not working properly because of a defect, the original registered owner must contact a Drummer representative to discuss the problem with the bike and to obtain a Warranty Product Return Authorization Number (“WPRAN”). Upon issuance of a WPRAN, the e-bike or its component(s) must be returned to Drummer E-Bikes at its designated location for warranty work. All shipping costs and labor for the warranted defective part to Drummer E-Bikes are responsibility of the owner.

In no event shall Drummer E-bikes be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages including without limitation, damages for personal injuries, property damages or economic losses, whether based on contract, warrant, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
